RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Gear Purchasing Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make sure what you ordered from ProWindSports is right for you. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange it for the right size. The product must be brand new and have the original tags and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping.  We will return/refund the full amount you paid minus the original shipping charges.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

A warranty claim is initiated by emailing a digital photo of the damaged gear, description of the damage, how the damage occurred, the product's serial number, and your original invoice to info@prowindsports.com. After receipt of the claim, the Customer Service Department will issue a Return Authorization (RA#). All merchandise returned for warranty replacement or repairs must bear the Return Authorization (RA#) on the outside of the package and on the invoice.  Warranty returns without RA#s will not be accepted. You are responsible for shipping charges for returned product.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Duties and taxes associated with shipping to your country may increase the cost of your order. You are responsible for paying all import tariffs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees and any other costs related to delivering product to you; these costs are in addition to the cost of your order. You are responsible for return freight charges should you refuse delivery of any product, or if any product is unable to be delivered to you.

Kiteboarding Lesson Policy

All kiteboarding lessons are scheduled around our clients flexibility and the best window of wind for the time they are out with ProWindSports on the water. Because we want only the right conditions for our students on the water our instructors have the authority to change and reschedule the lesson at anytime for better conditions. We do our best to keep you up to date with weather changes and patterns in order to make the most of your time on the water. If we cancel a scheduled lesson for weather related issues, the lesson is fully refundable. If you need to cancel and/or re-schedule a lesson, we require a 24 hour notice so that we can re-fill the vacancy in our schedule. No refunds/rainchecks will be issued for cancellations or no shows within 24 hours of the lesson.
