Shipping Policy

Free Shipping:
Prowindsports offers free shipping on certain orders over $99 within the mainland United States, excluding Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam and Hawaii.  Wingboards, Surfboards, Directional Kite surfboards, Twintips and Standup Paddleboards shipping rates vary and will be added at checkout. 

Tracking Your Order:  
Your tracking number will be emailed directly to the address provided in your order. When you place your order please supply an email address that is accurate and that you check regularly. Your shipment tracking number is not generated until the order is processed and a shipping label has been created. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to become active in the shipping tracking system.

International Shipping:  
Please contact us via email, phone or make a note during checkout and we will confirm the cost and details before charging or shipping.

If Your Order is Damaged:
Any shipping damage must be reported within 4 days of delivery. Contact us at info@prowindsports.com or 239-728-8564, we will be happy to assist you. To help us serve you better, please take photos of the damages, including damage to the packaging and detailed pictures of damage to any items. Please also keep all packaging materials, for later use.
